§ 21-109. Variances.

Effective on Wednesday, July 5, 2023

Variances from specific requirements of this article shall be considered by the Public Works Director on a case by case basis to the extent that the granting of such variance will not adversely impact the quality of the receiving water or relieve a person from any federal, state or local requirements which may apply. Notification of variance application shall be provided to the owners of all MS4's within Lake Wales.
