§ 17-34. Employment and Working Conditions.

The Contractor shall comply with all applicable state and federal laws relating to wages and hours, and all other applicable laws relating to the employment or the protection of employees now or hereafter in effect.

The Contractor is required and hereby agrees by accepting this agreement, to pay all employees not less than the Federal minimum wage and to abide by other requirements as established by the Congress of the United States in the Fair Labor Standards Act as amended and changes from time to time. The contractor also agrees that upon written request, the Contractor will provide the city all information and policies, whether written or oral, relating to wages or terms and conditions of employment for employees in the service of the Contractor under this agreement. Conditions of employment shall be published and conspicuously posted so that all employees may be informed.
