(a) The city attorney shall, at the option of said attorney, be entitled to participate in the city's group health and dental plans. (b) Should the city attorney elect to participate in such plans, the premium for such insurance shall be calculated on the same basis as approved by the city commission for city employees. (c) Should the city attorney elect to participate in such plans, the premium for such insurance shall be paid by the city attorney and the applicable premium shall be deducted from the retainer paid to the city attorney on a monthly basis. |
