If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of these Land development
regulations is for any reason held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional
or otherwise invalid, the validity of the remaining portions of these regulations
shall continue in full force and effect, it being the intent of the city commission
to have adopted these regulations without such unconstitutional or invalid section,
subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase.
