The board may employ independent legal counsel at the plan's expense for the purposes
contained herein, together with such other professional, technical, or other advisors
as the board deems necessary. The trustee may delegate to any agent, attorney, accountant
or other person selected by it any non-trustee power or duty vested in it by the plan,
and the trustee may act or refrain from acting on the advice or opinion of any agent,
attorney, accountant or other person so selected.
